Why Do Many of Us Have Clogged Blood Vessels?

Many people, especially those of middle age and older, face the problem of clogged blood vessels, though to varying degrees. Clogged blood vessels is a condition where plaque builds up inside the arteries. As the plaque builds up, it narrows and hardens the arteries, restricting blood flow.

Some of the signs of this condition include:

High blood pressure

Heart problems

Significant increase in arterial plaque (a buildup of cholesterol, fats, cellular waste, and calcium) in the bloodstream.

Unfortunately, these signs are not always obvious. This can lead to people being unaware of their serious health issues. Cardiovascular diseases (heart, blood pressure, and stroke) are the leading causes of death and disability in the world. They are known as the ‘silent killers’.

Many people with high blood pressure don’t know they have the problem. Many people have heart attacks unexpectedly, and many experience strokes while sleeping.

CLOGGED BLOOD VESSELS ARE OFTEN A RESULT OF DIET.

How does diet lead to clogged blood vessels?

Advanced Glycation End Products

Consumption of sugars and refined carbohydrates can cause a process called glycation in blood cells. This process creates what is known as Advanced Glycation End Products that stiffen and reduce the elasticity of proteins in blood vessel walls. This causes blood pressure to start rising.

Fructose

Additionally, the sugar fructose (which makes up 50% of regular sugar) inhibits the body’s production of nitric oxide gas. This gas is important for allowing the muscles that form blood vessel walls to expand and contract. When this muscle function is impaired, high blood pressure increases. Persistent high blood pressure then causes damage to the blood vessel walls.

Cholesterol

To counteract the damage on blood vessels, the liver is told by the brain to produce cholesterol and send it into the bloodstream. One of the functions of cholesterol in the body is to repair damaged cell membranes. Unfortunately, increased cholesterol in the blood makes the blood thicker, leading to a further increase in high blood pressure. The increase in pressure leads to more damage.

Triglycerides

Furthermore, consumption of refined sugars and starches causes the liver to convert the excess into fats called triglycerides. These fats are normally stored in the body’s fat cells. However, if there is an excess, that excess is released into the bloodstream. These fats, in addition to contributing to making the blood thicker, combine with cholesterol and other waste to form plaque (arterial plaque).

Plaque is the main cause of clogging of the blood vessels in the heart and the development of coronary artery disease (CAD). CAD is the leading cause of death worldwide.

Dietary Acid

Consumption of starchy and protein-rich foods produces a large amount of dietary acid. Dietary acid must be neutralized before being excreted through urine. Failure to do so will damage the soft tissues making up the system involved in the production and removal of urine from the body. Contrary to popular belief, dietary acid is the number one cause of kidney damage.

If a person does not consume enough fruits and vegetables, the alkaline minerals (sodium, magnesium and potassium) that are supposed to neutralize this dietary acid become inadequate.

To compensate for the shortage, the mineral calcium dissolves from the bones and enter the bloodstream. Calcium in the bloodstream make the blood thicker and thus lead to a further increase in high blood pressure. This mineral is also an important component of plaque, which leads to CAD.

Tiny particles of plaque travel with the blood. If one of these particles travels to a blood vessel supplying the brain and is unable to pass through, the brain will lack oxygen and nutrients. This will lead to a regular stroke. An irregular stroke is one that occurs when the blood pressure is extremely high and causes a blood vessel supplying the brain to rupture.

Salt

Excessive use of salt leads to the accumulation of salt in the body.

Excess salt accumulated in the body causes fluid build-up in the body. This retained fluid accumulates in various body tissues along with the blood circulation. The increase in water in the blood circulation increases blood pressure.

Vegetable Oils

Research shows that when seed oils are used for cooking, they change shape and form oils known as trans fats. Research shows that trans fats are the main cause of damage to the electron cloud in cell membranes. The damage to cell membranes causes the liver to produce excess cholesterol and send it into the blood circulation to assist in the required repair.

In addition, the damage to the cell membranes causes the affected cells to lose their ability to produce energy using oxygen. When the cell fails to use oxygen, it turns into a cancer cell.

Thus, the type of diet we eat creates a vicious circle of cell damage in the body and an increase in cholesterol in the blood circulation.

HOW DO WE HELP OURSELVES?

There Are Statin Drugs In Hospitals!

Pharmaceutical companies have invented drugs called STATINS for people with high blood cholesterol levels. These drugs work by preventing the liver from producing more cholesterol.

Diabolical if you ask me!

Does this make sense? This is like going to a place and finding many security guards patrolling, and you start blaming the guards instead of blaming crimes that led to the high concentration of those guards!

Preventing the liver from producing cholesterol in order to prevent cholesterol from accumulating in the blood is like “jumping from the ashes into the fire!”. Research shows that statin drug users suffer from many health problems, including memory loss and damage to the function of the nervous system.

REDUCING BLOOD CHOLESTEROL, THE RIGHT WAY

Dietary modifications are the best way to treat problems in the circulatory system and thus reduce cholesterol build up in the circulation.

Eating a diet that does not harm the cells of the circulatory system, the affected cells will heal their injuries and therefore the need for the liver to produce more cholesterol will not exist.

Another method is to use dietary therapies that, among other things, work to repair damaged cells. The use of these therapies will lead the liver to reduce cholesterol production.

However, due to the stubbornness of established habits and the addiction of many people to carbohydrates and proteins, it may be very difficult to change diet. For this reason, it is better for a person to look for and use supplements with a proven ability to cleanse the circulatory system, at least twice a year.

One of the most effective supplements for this task is Haiiba C and P Support Plus from Herbal Impact. Since this supplement came out in 2018, it has helped cure many people who had serious health problems due to hypertension and/or heart disease.

One cycle of cleansing the blood vessels takes 4 weeks. Haiiba C & P Support Plus works quickly and people who are already sick (with hypertension and heart disease) begin to feel relief within hours of using it.

If you have advanced hypertension and want to treat it, take the full dosage for 8 weeks. If you have Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) problems and want to heal completely, then take the full dosage for 12 weeks.

Compared to Standard Treatments, The Cost is Miniscule

At our clinic a 12 week supply at the moment costs only Tanzania shillings 480,000/-, which is about 182.4 USD! If you order it to be delivered in the USA for example, the shipping cost will go up to 475 USD due to shipping and taxes. It is crazy but the cost of shipping and taxes is actually higher than that of the product it self!

Still, it is miniscule compared a standard treatment like a stent procedure. A stent procedure involves inserting a small metal or plastic tube into a blocked artery to restore blood flow, typically done through a minimally invasive catheter approach. This procedure costs 10,000 USD onwards in the USA.

In poor countries in the cost may average a few thousand USD. For example, in my country at the moment a stent procedure costs only 3,800 USD. However, in a country where the official monthly minimum wage is only 114 USD, the cost of the procedure is still out of reach for many ordinary folks!

To make sure our formulation benefits those may need it but for some reason can’t go through the hassle of importing it, we have created an eBook which contains the recipe in full detail. Getting the recipe is more advantageous because:

 One, it is cheaper; and

Two, after getting it you own it 100%!.

We are not putting any restrictions on how you can use it. You can even monetize it in your local context if you want!

The only drawback is that you will have to buy the ingredients at your local food market. However, this should not worry you because they don’t cost much.

The recipe is available HERE
